1 To- <br /> PROPOSAL FOR MUNICIPAL ELECTRICAL I14SPECTION <br /> FOR THE CITY,/TOWNSHIP OF <br /> Centerville: <br /> A. Suburban Inspections shall: <br /> 1.. Provide qualified personel]L to perform inspections within <br /> two workdays of notification by installer. <br /> 2. Enforce the Minnesota Electrical Act and Rules as adopted! <br /> and amended by the city /township. <br /> 3. Submit a Report of Completed Inspections Invoice for <br /> Completed Electrical Inspections with the completed permits <br /> on the first and third mondays of each month. <br /> 4 Cooperate with the city /township building officials, when <br /> needed, to resolve non complying or incomplete electricial <br /> installations with installers so as to comply with acceptable <br /> standards.. <br /> 5. Provide a $1000 electrical inspectors bond. <br /> 6. Provide liability insurance. <br /> 7. Notify the electrical utility for connection or reconnection <br /> of all electric services installed, replaced or repaired for <br /> which an electrical permit is required. <br /> 8. Provide forms and documents needed for normal office use for <br /> 1% of the inspection fees invoiced up to a maximun of $300 <br /> per year.. <br />
