Mayor Wilharber called the <br /> workshop to order at 6:05 p.m. <br /> PRESENT: Wilharber Buckbee Helmbrecht <br /> Brenner Powers - Rasmussen <br /> ABSENT: none <br /> STAFF /CONSULTANTS: Jim March Trudi Breuninger <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> April 30, 1996 <br /> MOTION by Brenner, second by Helmbrecht to approve the workshop meeting minutes <br /> of April 30, 1996 as presented. Motion carried, Buckbee and Wilharber abstained. <br /> May 1, 1996 <br /> MOTION by Brenner, second by Powers - Rasmussen to approve the joint meeting minutes <br /> of May 1, 1996 as presented. Motion carried, Buckbee and Wilharber abstained. <br /> May 29, 1996 <br /> Page 3, 7th paragraph, amend to read: Suggested escrow of $2000 a lot. And page 6 - <br /> spelling correction. <br /> MOTION by Brenner, second by Helmbrecht to approve the workshop meeting minutes <br /> of May 29, 1996 with the above noted corrections. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> June 5, 1996 <br /> Page 3, 4 and 8 - spelling corrections and page 8 amend the motion under consent agenda <br /> to include the topics in the consent agenda. <br /> MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Buckbee to approve the special meeting minutes of <br /> June 5, 1996 with the above noted corrections.
