City Council Meeting Minutes of June 10, 1996 <br /> PAYMENT OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION by Buckbee, second by Helmbrecht to approve the Centennial Fire Districts <br /> expenditures dated June 4, 1996. Motion carried unanimously, <br /> MOTION by Buckbee, second by Helmbrecht to approve the City of Centerville's receipts <br /> and disbursements dated May 23 -31, 1996. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> MOTION by Brenner, second by Helmbrecht to approve the City of Centerville's receipts <br /> and disbursements dated June 1 -10, 1996. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> SET AGENDA <br /> Add Apology Letter to Consent Agenda. <br /> MOTION by Buckbee, second by Helmbrecht to approve the agenda for June 10, 1996, <br /> with the above noted correction. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> Councilmember Helmbrecht questioned why a building permit was necessary to repair <br /> siding on a house. Councilmember Buckbee stated that a permit is required if a repair, <br /> alteration or addition is being done to an existing structure. <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> Clearwater Meadows <br /> Mr. March explained the revisions that were discussed previously. It was reviewed and <br /> approved by the city attorney, the engineer and Paul Palzer. Mr. Hellings had also stated <br /> that a performance bond by the excavator is fine. <br /> Berms were added to the grading plan as requested. <br /> Street lighting would be placed by the electric company. <br /> Contingencies of RCWD, FEMA Dave's approval of the grading plan, berm easements, <br /> and trail easements would be necessary if approved tonight, Mr. March stated. <br /> 2 Mr. March stated that Dave requested utility easement is needed behind the current <br /> residents on West side of Brian Drive. Mr. March suggested that this be a requirement for <br /> the developer of Eagle Pass. Mr. Goertz stated that he has provided all required utility <br /> and drainage easements for his project. <br /> CC6- 10MM.WPS 2 <br />
