State statute CVO. ENGINEERING: requires that, once a watershed district's management plan has been approved and adopted, ENVIRONMENTAL local units of government have two years to submit a local water management plan to the MUNICIPAL watershed district. Rice Creek Watershed District has an approved plan dated August, PLANNING 1994. To meet the requirements of the state statute, the City of Centerville must submit SOLID WASTE a plan before August of this year. STRUCTURAL SURVEYING Section 6 of the Rice Creek Watershed District plan outlines the local responsibilities for TRAFFIC preparation of Centerville's Water Resource Management Plan. Included in the TRANSPORTATION responsibilities is a directive to prepare an implementation program and a capital improvements plan. This section would include a study of the current Centerville ELECTBICAL/MECHAN)CAL stormwater utility fee structure, along with annualized costs for stormwater system EVGtNEERING. HVAC maintenance, stormwater system construction, stormwater pond development, and erosion POWER DISTRIBUTION and sediment control programs. SCADA SYSTEM CONTROLS The City of Centerville's current Storm Drainage Master Plan was completed in May, 1990. We will incorporate much of the physical environment and land use information, as well as the hydrological information from this report into the updated report with only minor modifications. We propose to complete the Centerville Water Resource Management Plan at a not -to- exceed cost of $9200.
