A full listing of park amenities and park <br /> locations S available under the Park Amenities section. If you would like to make a reservation please <br /> contact (651) 430 -8837 or complete the on -line reservation recuest. <br /> All City Parks are open approximately April 15th to October 15th <br /> Hours are 6:00 am to 10 :00 pm. <br /> Teddy Bear Park hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm <br /> Note: The construction of the Levee Flood Wall has been postponed until further notice. <br /> Reservations for Lowell Park are now available) <br /> Costs to Reserve a Picnic Shelter or Gazebo In any Stillwater City Park <br /> A $100 refundable damage deposit is required plus one of the following fees: $50 /day for Stillwater city <br /> resident or $100 /day for non - Stillwater city resident. <br /> Park Open Saace Reservations <br /> Any person or group that wishes to reserve park open space area must pay applicable fees and submit <br /> required damage deposits. The fee to reserve park open space is $50 for non - Stillwater city residents. <br /> City of Stillwater residents do not need to pay a fee but still need make a reservation to reserve open <br /> space in City Parks. In addition a $100 refundable damage deposit is required. Applicant may also rent <br /> a shelter or gazebo (see pricing above). <br /> Costs and Policy to Reserve the Pioneer Park Bandshell <br /> A $100.00 refundable damage deposit is required and a $125.00 fee for residents or nonresidents. <br /> The following lists the Bandshell Use policy. <br /> • Sponsor shall be a non -profit organization. <br /> • The event must be free and open to the public. <br /> • No merchandise or food shall be sold. <br /> • No promotional signage allowed in the park. <br /> • The capacity of the bandshell site is 75 to 100 people. <br /> • The use of the Bandshell shall be between 9 am and 9 pm and not to exceed three hours in <br /> duration. <br /> ■ Events shall not be loud or use obscene language so as not to disturb the surrounding residents. <br /> ■ Park Board approval must be obtained if the event doesn't fit these guidelines. <br /> Cost to Reserve Teddy Bear Park Building <br /> Rentals are limited to the building in Teddy Bear Park.
