<br />Council Member Capra indicated that there is a Community Project, "Scouting for Food" <br />and there are drop boxes at Comer Express and Tom Thumb. She also volunteered to <br />take care <;>f dropping off the food collected by the Lions at the Haunted House. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney announced that the Lions Haunted House and Bonfire would be held <br />October 23, 24, and 25, 2003 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and a percentage of the <br />proceeds will be donated to the schools. He also indicated that attendees could receive <br />$1.00 off admission if they bring a non-perishable food item for donation. <br /> <br />Council recessed to executive session at 8:38 p.m. <br /> <br />X. CLOSED - EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />1. Performance Review - City Administrator <br />Discussion ensued regarding the performance evaluation of the City <br />Administr~tor, Ms. Moore-Sykes. <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the Closed Executive Session at 9:13 p.m. <br /> <br />XI. RECONVENED REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />The Mayor reconvened the regularly scheduled City Council meeting at 9:14 p.m. <br /> <br />Council found the City Administrator's performance to be satisfactory. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member <br />Capra to l!ive the Administrator a satisfactory performance review and to receive a <br />step increase from Step 9 to Step 10. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />XII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member <br />Capra to adiourn the October 22. 2003 City Council Meetinl! at 9:14 P.rn. All in <br />favor.
