CALL TO ORDER <br /> Roll Call <br /> Vice- Chairperson Jon Grahek called the November 2, 2011 Parks & Recreation <br /> Committee Meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. <br /> II. SET AGENDA <br /> A Committee Member requested that Organizational Structure and Staff Assistance be <br /> added as Item #6 under Updates. <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Kevin Amundsen, seconded by Committee <br /> Member Brian Peterson, to set the November 2, 2011 Parks & Recreation Committee <br /> Agenda with the above addition. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> III. APPEARANCES <br /> 1. Mr. Rob Faust, Eagle Scout, updated the Committee on the progress of the <br /> installation of the flag pole at Cornerstone Park. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding the illumination of the flag and a proposal from <br />
