<br />I received this map from our inspector Dan Schluender. It shows grade rod readings along the back yard
<br />ditch of 7029 and 7031 Eagle Trail. The survey was done in August of 2001 by Ken Cook and Dan. It
<br />shows a drop of 1.68 feet (5.78 - 4.10) from the southeast corner of 7029 Eagle Trail to the southwest
<br />corner of 7031 Eagle Trail. This works out to a slope of approximately 0.80%. Although it is slightly flatter
<br />than the required 1 %, the water problems can be resolved with placement of shallow drain tile.
