<br />'i /Rob Gulner, the single family homeowner directly north of 1855 Pioneer, supposedly gave
<br />. \the city a grade elevation that showed a negative grade back in August of 2002. Does the

<br />review them. We are poised as a last resort to consider installing drain tile along the 'il (.'.
<br />entire line of drainage, and have contacted a contractor who has visited the property.../ b..v.l.1r;~:J
<br />However, this contractor states that drain tile may not work because of grade problems. A \
<br />new grade survey should be done to determine that there are no "bumps" in the line of
<br />sight inhibiting the drainage and that the drainage is unimpeded throughout the line of
<br />drainage. since the engineer (Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates) has info on this
<br />area already, and in view of the drain tile contractor's concerns, we would like the
<br />engineer's thoughts if (a) there is enough grade that would allow drain tile to physically
<br />work;
<br />(b) on whether there is enough information to write an estimate; and (c) an estimate or
<br />idea on what should be done or how to fix the problem, e.g., pound in grade stakes, where
<br />to lay pipes, what size pipe, etc.
