Variance Request - D~ Killian (1695 Sord Street) <br /> <br />Mr. Killian explained that his wife is handicapped and needs ramp access into their home. <br />He proposed to convert his porch mto a ramp. Currently, the porch is on the set back <br />line. Ms. Broussard Vickers felt other homeowners enjoy the right to access their <br />home. Whereas, the Killian family does not have access, nor enjoyment. Mr. Killian <br />mentioned at the last Council meeting the Attorney did not have a concern with the <br />request. <br /> <br />Motion by Ms. Broussard Vickers, seconded by Mr. Hanson to close the pubic <br />hearing. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />B. Rezone Request - Rehbein Properties <br /> <br />Ms. Gaustad gave a synopsis of the rezone request to transform property identified as Rl <br />(Rural Residential) to n (Industrial). Also, the property is identified in the Comprehensive <br />Plan as park areas. <br />
