<br />City of Centerville <br />June 25, 2003 <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Council agreed that the noise requirements should be listed in both the developer's <br />agreements and the ordinance and to differentiate from contractor activity and <br />homeowner activity. <br /> <br />3. St. Genevieve's Reauest for Temporary Liquor License (Annual Chicken Dinner) <br />Resolution #03-036 and T2003-01 <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Capra., seconded by Council Member Broussard <br />Vickers to approve St. Genevieve's reauest for a temporary liquor license <br />Resolution #03-036 and T2003-01 reQuirinl! that the City be named as an additional <br />insured on the insurance policy and the hours be chanl!ed from 12:00 to 5:00 D.m. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4. Mr. Paul Montain (Trio Inn) Request to Remain Ooen and Serve Liauor until 2:00 <br />a.m. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked whether the City has to approve the request to remain open <br />until 2:00 a.m. <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft indicated that the City can authorize the license holders within the <br />City or a certain portion of the City to be able to stay open until 2:00 a.m. and then there <br />are other requirements with the state that need to be met. He then indicated that the <br />ordinance would need to be amended. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers asked whether the costs to amend the ordinance <br />could be charged to the applicant. City Attorney Hoeft indicated those costs would be a <br />general admlnlstrative cost for the City. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked Staff to notify the other liquor license holders. <br /> <br />5. Centerville Lions <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked that the Lions stop selling alcohol at 11 :30 p.m. <br /> <br />Ms. Pie' indicated that would not be an issue. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers asked that the City be named as an additional <br />insured on the policy as there is a difference. <br /> <br />Ms. Piehl indicated that she thought the City was named as an additional insured but said <br />she would verify and provide that information to the City. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney indicated that his name should not be on the application and asked that it <br />be changed to Ray DeVine. <br /> <br />Page 7 of 12 <br />
