<br />Centerville City Council <br />May 28,2003 <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested the following changes: On Page 5 of 10 last paragraph add <br />"second addition" to clarify. On Page 6 of 10 second paragraph fix the sentence to <br />indicate that this is how Ms. Moore-Sykes was told to submit it. On Page 9 of 10 <br />indicated that Mayor Sweeney gave his opinion to Mady Reiter. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested the following changes: On Page 8 of 10 under NPDES <br />MS4 Permit, last sentence change storm water management to surface water <br />management. On Page 9 of 10 change an issue to a concerns also indicate that the whole <br />festival is shagadelic not just the parade and in the second sentence indicate that the City <br />received not she. Third paragraph down from there add the word could. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member Paar <br />to approve the Council Meetin2 Minutes of May 14. 2003 as amended. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously_ <br /> <br />IV. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1. The City ofCenterville May 15, 2003 through May 28,2003 Claims for Approval <br />2. Centennial Fire District Claims <br />3. Resolution #03-031 - 1st Violation Kelly's Komer Failed Compliance Check <br />4. Resolution #03-032 - 1st Violation Waterworks Beach Club Failed Compliance <br />Check <br />5. Acceptance of Fire Department Gambling Funds of $12,500 <br />6. Donate $12,500 in Gambling Funds to the Fire Department for Building of <br />Storage Garage at Public Works <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Lee <br />to approve the Consent A2enda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />V. A W ARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Fire Chief Milo Bennett - Chapter 1306 - Inclusion in Ordinance #76 <br /> <br />Fire Chief Bennett indicated addressed Council and asked that Council include Chapter <br />1306 of the International Building Code when approving Ordinance #76. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated the public hearing on Ordinance #76 is scheduled for June 3, <br />2003 and June 11,2003. <br /> <br />VI.
