I , c i <br /> City of Shakopee P <br /> Comprehensive Surface Water Management Plan — 201 1 SHAKOPEE <br /> The City of Shakopee recently updated their Surface Water Management Plan in response <br /> to the completion three watershed plans; the Lower Minnesota Watershed District, Scott <br /> Watershed Management Organization, and Prior Lake Spring Lake Watershed District.
