As part of this plan, an extensive
discussion and capital improvement plan was developed to address storm water
treatment in a feasible and economical manner in existing fully developed watersheds.
The City has continued to use this plan as a roadmap to identify and fund storm water
management projects as redevelopment occurs.
STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Collection; Land and Water Water Quality Monitoring /Modeling -
REFERENCE: Resource Inventory - Andrea Moffatt, Hydrologic /Hydraulic Model Analysis -
Kristin Asher, Jacob Newhall, Bryan Pittman
Geographic Information Systems -
Rithfield City Engineer Goals and Policies; Problems and
j Bryan Pittman, Jacob Newhall
1901 East 66th Street,
Corrective Actions - Andrea Moffatt
Richfield, MN 55423 Wetland Management - Andrea Moffatt
612.861.9795 I Implementation Plan; Financial
`________._.___, Considerations - Andrea Moffatt
Qualifications and Experience Q
31
