Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />VI.AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br /> <br />VII.OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />1.Ordinance #54, Second Series Amending Chapter 90, Regulation of Dogs & <br />Other Animals <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber stated that the presented Amendment has taken three years to draft a <br />cooperative animal ordinance that the Centennial Lakes Police Department can enforce <br />throughout the three member cities with ease. The Ordinance will still require those <br />Potentially Dangerous or Dangerous animal owners to register their animals; however, <br />dog or cat owners will no longer be required to license their animals with the City. The <br />owners must have current vaccinations, and abide by leash and at large requirements <br />along with cleaning up after their pet. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love, to adopt <br />Ordinance #54, Second Series Amending Chapter 90, Regulation of Dogs & Other <br />Animals as presented.
