<br />17. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. Time is of the essence in the performance of the <br /> <br />terms and conditions of this Option. <br /> <br />18. SAVINGS CLAUSE. If any term or condition of this Agreement is held to be <br /> <br />invalid or enforceable, such term or condition shall not be enforced but all other terms and <br /> <br />conditions of this Agreement shall be deemed in full force and effect. <br /> <br />19. COUNTERPARTS. This Agreement may be executed III any number of <br /> <br />counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original but all of which, taken together, <br /> <br />shall constitute the same instrument. <br /> <br />20. NO RECORDING.
