This document outlines staff progress toward <br />established goals, measures key areas of growth, and highlights many of the major <br />accomplishments, across the year 2005. <br /> <br />When the Cable Commission assumed responsibility for the management of the public <br />access entity in 1997, it was with the intent of developing the best service and <br />programming possible for the citizens of our communities.
