Motion was made by Committee Member Haiden and seconded by Committee <br />Member Grahek to approve the Park Permit Reservation Form with the <br />proposed changes. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VII. REVIEW OF ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />The Committee discussed the process for removing items of completion, the placement of <br />new items and the addition of a revised “Action Items” being included with the approved <br />minutes. <br /> <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion was made by Committee Member Haiden and seconded by Committee <br />Member Seeley to adjourn the January 4, 2012 Parks and Recreation Committee <br />meeting at 8:57 p.m. All in favor.
