CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Roll Call <br /> <br />Chairperson Patrick Branch called the January 4, 2012 Parks & Recreation Committee <br />Meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. <br /> <br />II.SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Committee Member Amundsen requested that Volunteer(s) are needed to Maintain <br />Flowerbeds be added under New Business, Item #8. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Committee Member Amundsen, seconded by Committee Member <br /> <br />Haiden, to set the agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPEARANCES <br />III. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />IV. <br /> <br />Consideration of the December 7, 2011 Parks and Recreation Committee meeting minutes. <br /> <br />A request was made to amend the meeting minutes with the following corrections: under <br />Appearances modify “please” with “pleased” and under Open Items, Item #6 add the word <br />“not” to the sentence. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 5 <br /> <br />
