Volunteer Program <br /> <br />Motion was made by Committee Member Peterson and seconded by Committee <br />Member Haiden to table this item to the 3-7-12 meeting. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />6. Paul – Field #1 <br /> <br />Two telephone calls and an email were sent in January asking him to meet with Pat <br />regarding his concerns about Field #1. No response had been received prior to this <br />meeting. <br /> <br />VII. REVIEW OF ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />After discussion, it was determined to use a revised numbering system to keep track of the <br />Action Items – each item number will be prefaced by 12 (for the year 2012) a dash, then 3 <br />digits to allow up to 999 action items each year. The Committee does not want completed <br />items deleted, but wants to retain the history, but just not showing on the current Action <br />Item List. <br /> <br />Items that have been completed as of February 1, 2012 will be removed. This includes item <br />numbers 1,3,9,10,11,12,16,18,19 and 20. <br /> <br />Items that need to be modified are: <br /> <br /> <br />Numbers 6, 7 & 8 by changing the assigned person to Patrick Branch and requesting <br />an update at the 4-6-2010 meeting; <br /> <br /> <br />Number 13 – proofread the trail map graphic (Suzanne Seeley) & print 2 samples <br />(Kevin Amundsen) and change the due date to 3-7-12 <br /> <br /> <br />Number 14 – change due date to 3-7-12 <br /> <br /> <br />Number 15 – review the application form and change due date to 3-7-12 <br /> <br /> <br />Number 17 – check status if still open <br /> <br /> <br />Number 21 – change due date to 2-3-12 <br />NOTE: all of these items numbers will be preceded by 12-00 or 12-0. <br /> <br />Items to be added are: <br /> <br /> <br />12-022 Contact Tom Lee and invite to the next committee meeting; Staff; 3-7-12 <br /> <br /> <br />12-023 Need a check for Bunker Hill Stable to have ready to pick up on Friday 2-10- <br />12; Staff; 2-10-12 <br /> <br /> <br />12-024 City website & reader sign updated – delete January dates & reword for <br />Winter Fun Night, 2-11-12, Hayride and Bonfire, Rain or snow; Staff; ASAP <br /> <br /> <br />12-025 Message on reader sign asking for volunteers to adopt a park; Staff; 2-13-12 <br /> <br /> <br />12-026 Include information on utility bill asking for volunteers to “adopt a park <br />monument marker”; Staff; ASAP <br />Page 4 of 5 <br /> <br />
