City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />March 28, 2012 <br />Consensus of the Council was to allow the use of the park with the stipulation that a $500 deposit be <br />collected and a certificate of insurance naming the City as additional insured is provided to the City prior <br />to the event. The retainage would be returned upon successful cleanup of the park. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love, to approve the request by <br />Mr. John Ficcadenti, All Around Fun – Request for Use of Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park for an <br />Easter Egg Hunt and Inflatable Jump House, April 7, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as presented <br />subject to Liability Insurance requirements and a $500 Deposit. All in favor. Wilharber abstained. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS/UPDATES <br /> <br />Attorney Glaser stated that within the next few days he would be entering the next phase of the Ticket <br />Education Program. <br /> <br />Engineer Statz stated that all documents have been forwarded to Anoka County, punchlist items will soon <br />be completed and a final pay request will be received for the trail project. <br /> <br />Council Member King reported cable commission activities. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber reported on a recent Rush Line Corridor meeting which entailed discussion regarding <br />the MNPass system and construction of Park and Rides with one be located near the intersection of 35E <br />and County Road 14. <br /> <br /> <br />Council Member Paar reminded the audience that the parade registration form is available online. <br /> <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar, to adjourn the <br />meeting of March 28, 2012 at 6:50 p.m. All in favor.
