City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> August 8, 2012 <br /> organizer was told that if future events were to take place, they would need to obtain <br /> necessary permits. <br /> Administrator Larson reminded Council that they had a scheduled Work Session on <br /> August 15, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> The Mayor recessed the meeting at 8:10 p.m. and stated that the Council would continue <br /> in Closed Session to discuss personnel issues following a five (5) minute break. <br /> The Council convened in closed session at 8:15 p.m <br /> Administrator Larson reported on a proposal from Local 49 to modify their prior offer for <br /> a three year agreement. Consensus of the Council was that the City's position will not be <br /> changed. <br /> The meeting was reopened to the public at 8:20 p.m. <br /> Mayor Willharber reported for the record that the only issue discussed during the closed <br /> portion of the meeting was labor negotiations. <br /> X. ADJOURNMENT <br /> The motion made by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member <br /> Fehrenbacher to adjourn at 8:20 p.m. All in favor.
