• CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> October 10, 2012 <br /> 6:30 p.m. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly <br /> scheduled meeting of October 10, 2012, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> PRESENT: Mayor Tom Wilharber <br /> Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Council Member Steve King <br /> Council Member D. Love <br /> Council Member Jeff Paar <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> STAFF: City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> Legal Counsel Kurt Glaser <br /> Public Works Director Paul Palzer <br /> Finance Director Mike Jeziorski <br /> S I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> None. <br /> III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Administrator Larson requested that the following item be added to the Agenda: Item #1; <br /> Old Business, Sale of the Liebel Property (7297 Main Street) to Anoka County. <br /> Mayor Wilharber requested that the following item be added to the Agenda: Item #7; <br /> New Business, Press Publication's bi- weekly News & Views publication. <br /> Administrator Larson stated that Council would recess their regular council meeting to a <br /> work session and the closed session then re -open the council meeting. <br /> Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love to approve <br /> the Agenda with the above noted additions.
