Res. #12 -XX — Committing Fund Balances for Specific Purposes <br /> Council Member King requested that Item 5 be pulled from the Consent Agenda for <br /> further discussion. <br /> Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member King, to <br /> approve Consent Agenda Items #1 -4 as presented. All in favor.
