September 26, 2012 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher, to <br />approve the September 26, 2012 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented. All in <br />favor. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />2. September 26, 2012 City Council Closed Executive Session Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve <br />the September 26, 2012 City Council Closed Executive Session Meeting Minutes as <br />presented. All in favor. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />V. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1. City of Centerville September 27, 2012 through October 10, 2012 Claims (Check <br /> #27501-27526) & (Check #27527) <br />2. Centennial Police Department Claims through September 27, 2012 (Check #9118- <br />9137) <br />3. Planning & Zoning Commission Recommendation to Approve a Conditional Use <br />th <br />Permit to Miller Mobile Marine, LLC, 6995 – 20 Avenue South <br /> <br />5.Res. #12-XX – Committing Fund Balances for Specific Purposes <br /> <br />Council Member King requested that Item 5 be pulled from the Consent Agenda for <br />further discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member King, to <br />approve Consent Agenda Items #1-4 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Member King requested clarification of funding re-allocation along with <br />additional funding allocation from the remaining funds ($1,000) in the Parks & <br />Recreation Programs line item of the 2012 Budget and $5,000 from the General Fund <br />Capital Outlay line item of the 2013 Budget that the Parks & Recreation Committee is <br />requesting. Council Member King stated that the goal of the Committee has been to <br />construct one (1) if not two (2) sand volleyball courts at LaMotte Park by 2013; however, <br />the Committee has valiantly earned funding slightly less than the costs of obtaining one <br />(1) court. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 7 <br /> <br />
