CALL TO ORDER. <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Mosher at 6:30 p.m.. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br /> <br />th <br /> <br />II.PUBLIC HEARING - Conditional Use Permit – 6995 – 20 Avenue South, Miller <br />Mobile Marine, B-1 Commercial Zoning District <br /> <br />David Wheeler representing Miller Mobile Marine was present to review the proposed use. <br /> <br />No one was present to speak with regard to the permit and no written comments have been <br />received. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Larson, seconded by Commissioner Koski to close the <br />public hearing. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Administrator Larson presented draft findings for approval of the permit. The Commission <br />directed removal of item J relating to paving, and item D, to remove specific noise levels <br />in favor of just compliance with the City Code. <br /> <br />Mr. Wheeler agreed to the conditions as modified. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Larson, seconded by Commissioner Koski to adopt the <br />Findings and Recommendation as modified.
