CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the April 23, 2003, City Council meeting to order at 6:36 p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested that toxic site clean up be added as Item 10. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers seconded bv Council Member Lee to <br />approve the ae:enda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />ill. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />1. April 9. 2003 Council Meetin2 Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested the following changes: On Page 11, 6th paragraph change to <br />"exemption" for farms rather than exception. On Page 15, last sentence add an "I" to <br />hall. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested the following changes: On Page 12, capitalize State <br />Historic Preservation Office. On Page 13 remove "to Ms. McDonald for review." <br />
