Lisa Kieselhorst ~ Massage Therapist <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber thanked licensees and Staff for their timely return of their renewal <br />documents. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member King <br />to approve the above stated licenses for 2013 subject to the Centennial Lakes Police <br />Department review and meeting all license conditions. All in favor. Motion passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />5. Consider Canceling the Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting of December 26, <br />2012 Due to Holiday/Vacations <br /> <br />Administrator Larson stated that Council may wish to consider canceling the meeting of <br />December 26. No agenda items have been identified yet and bills were processed in order <br />to allow skipping the meeting. Discussion was had regarding availability of members, <br />expenditures and procedure for calling a meeting if one was needed. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member <br />Love to cancel the regularly scheduled meeting of December 26, 2012; however, if it <br />was determined a meeting was needed one would be called following proper <br />protocol. All in favor. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />6. City Hall Office Hours – December 24, 2012 (7:30 a.m. – 12:00 (noon))? <br /> <br />Administrator Larson stated that City Hall routinely closed at noon on Christmas Eve; <br />however, Staff needed to utilize their PTO (personal time off) for the four (4) hour <br />period. <br /> <br />Discussion was had that many businesses would be closed the day prior to Christmas. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love to <br />close City Hall on Monday, December 24, 2012 for the entire day with Staff utilizing <br />Page 5 of 7 <br /> <br />
