ACTION ITEMS REVIEW Items that have been completed as of January 2, 2012 will be removed: These include item numbers 12 -066, 12 -068, 12 -069 Items to be deleted due to inactivity or no further activity will be removed: • These include item number 12 -061 Items with CHANGES: • 12 -027 — ADD: "CHURCHES & COMMUNITY YOUTH GROUPS" & "NEED A VOLUNTEER TO COORDINATE" • 12 -035 — delete word "application" & replace with `Map "; change from Open to Tabled • 12 -046 — TO 12 -046A P & R points of Interest/Council Update et al & 12 -046B Email Goetz bid to Council Member King • 12 -052 — add "need Master Gardener for ideas" • 12 -067A — add this item to appearances for February agenda • 12 -067B — add the words "Little League" • 12 -067C — add the words "Little League" & "to review" • 12 -070 — add word "availability" & "ASAP" • All items with a due date of 1 -2 -2013 to be changed to 2 -6 -2013 Items to be ADDED: • 12 -067D — Committee - Little League — status of scoreboard to be moved & hand dragging of fields (not yet done) during Appearances at Feb or March meeting • 13 -001 PAT BRANCH — Talk to principal at CV Elementary School regarding donation of 1 hour of ice time (Schwans) • 12 -002 STAFF — Skating Party information displayed on city sign • 12 -003 PAT BRANCH — invite representative from water ski club for appearance at February or March P & R committee meeting. ADJOURNMENT Motion was made by Committee Member Haiden and seconded by Committee Member Seeley to adiourn the January 2, 2013 Parks and Recreation meeting at 7:47a.m. All in favor.
