PROPOSAL FORM <br /> I/We offer to purchase from the City of Centerville, the property at 7261 Main Street <br /> legally described as Lot 14, Block 2, Burque Addition No. 1 (subject to easements of <br /> record). I/We have read and understand the request for proposal, and having examined <br /> the property, offer to purchase the property at a cost of: <br /> Dollars ($ ) . <br /> If this proposal is accepted, I/We will enter into a standard purchase agreement with the <br /> City for the sale of real property, and as a condition of this purchase will construct a <br /> dwelling with the minimum size and value as required in the RFP and expect to construct <br /> a dwelling within two years. I/We anticipate constructing a dwelling with a construction <br /> value of $ . I understand that this proposal does not become <br /> binding until these conditions are met. <br /> The only contingency in this proposal is that the City will grant reasonable setback <br /> variances, if requested. If the requested setback variances are not granted, I understand <br /> that the purchase agreement is voidable at my option within 15 -days of the denial of the <br /> variance, provided that I make application for a variance within two years of acceptance <br /> of my proposal. I have reviewed and agree to the conditions of the City's Request for <br /> Proposal. I have attached a sketch showing the anticipated variances that would be <br /> requested. (ATTACH SKETCH PLAN). <br /> I /We have attached a certified check, cashier's check or cash deposit in the amount of <br /> $2,500, which will be refunded if requested variances are not granted, subsequent to my <br /> application for a variance which must be submitted within two years of acceptance of my <br /> proposal.
