<br />(14) Any other information requested by the city; and <br /> <br />(15) Location of utility lines. <br /> <br />(C) Each application for a conditional use permit shall be accompanied by a list of the <br />names and addresses of all persons owning property within 350 feet of any boundary line of the <br />proposed mobile home park site. <br /> <br />(D) Each applicant shall be required to pay a fee as determined by City Council resolution <br />at the time that the application is filed with the city. Fees shall be on file with the <br />Clerk! Administrator. This money shall be used for the city to defray the expense of processing <br />the application. <br /> <br />(E) No conditional use permit for any mobile home park shall be issued by the City <br />Council until after a public hearing has been held on the matter in accordance with the <br />procedures for a conditional use contained in this chapter. <br />(Ord. 25, passed 10-13-1976) Penalty, see ~ 154.99 <br /> <br />~ 154.052 BIDLDING PERMIT. <br /> <br />(A) The applicant for a building permit for the construction of a mobile home park or any <br />part thereof shall comply with all of the provisions of the Minnesota Building Code as those <br />provisions may apply. <br /> <br />(B) Each application shall be accompanied by 4 copies of detailed plans of the proposed <br />constructions and improvement of the site. <br /> <br />(C) Every application for a building permit to construct a mobile home park or to expand <br />an existing mobile home park shall be accompanied by plans approved by the State Department <br />of Health showing that the applicant is complying with all recommendations, suggestions and <br />laws under the jurisdiction of that Department. <br /> <br />(D) The building permit shall be issued by the Building Inspector after it has been approved <br />by a majority vote of the City Council. <br />(Ord. 25, passed 10-13-1976) Penalty, see ~ 154.99 <br /> <br />~ 154.053 SITE REQIDREMENTS. <br /> <br />(A) Every mobile home park shall be located on a well-drained area and the premises shall <br />be properly graded so as to prevent the accumulation of stormwaters or other waters. <br /> <br />(B) Each unit shall have a gross area of not less than 7,500 square feet. <br />
