<br />~ 154.050 MOBILE HOME PARK DISTRICT (R-M). <br /> <br />(A) Mobile homes shall not be parked on any public street or on any tract ofland <br />except as provided in this section. <br /> <br />(B) Emergency or temporary stopping or parking is permitted on a public street for <br />not longer than 3 hours subject to any other and further prohibitions, regulations or limitations <br />imposed by the traffic and parking regulations or ordinances for that public street. <br /> <br />~ 154.051 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. <br /> <br />(A) Application for a conditional use permit to establish, construct and maintain a <br />mobile home park under the provisions of this chapter shall be made to the City Council. <br /> <br />(B) The application for a permit shall be accompanied by 4 copies of the mobile home <br />park plan showing the following, either existing or proposed: <br /> <br />(1) The extent and area proposed for mobile home park purposes; <br /> <br />(2) Roads and driveways; <br /> <br />(3) Location of sites or units for mobile homes; <br /> <br />(4) Location and number of sanitary conveniences; <br /> <br />(5) Proposed disposition of surface drainage; <br /> <br />(6) Proposed street surfacing and lighting; <br /> <br />(7) Off-street parking; <br /> <br />(8) Patios; <br /> <br />(9) Location of community building; <br /> <br />(10) Location of recreation facilities; <br /> <br />(11) Location of sidewalks; . <br /> <br />(12) Location of setback lines; <br /> <br />(13) Location of screening, planting, green areas and the like; <br />
