City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> April 24, 2013 <br /> Council Member Paar stated that a Fire Steering meeting was scheduled for Wednesday <br /> evening. Mayor Wilharber stated that their annual audit would be presented at that <br /> meeting. <br /> Council Member Love desired clarification on the proposed Joint Work Session with <br /> Parks & Recreation and Planning & Zoning and the scheduling of same. Consensus of <br /> Council was that Joint Work Sessions with Committees /Commissions should take place <br /> twice a year (June & October). <br /> Mayor Wilharber reported on the status of the meetings with Anoka County regarding the <br /> CSAH21 /Centerville Road Project. He stated that staff and the County have met with <br /> Rice Creek Watershed District. Administrator Larson stated that RCWD have no major <br /> concerns with the project. Mayor Wilharber stated that the County has been in contact <br /> with several abutting property owners and addressed their issues. Engineer Statz stated <br /> that he and Staff will continue to speak with the County regarding storm sewer cost <br /> sharing and costs associated with the concrete or asphalt trail. Staff stated that any <br /> additional information would be forthcoming. <br /> X. 6:56 P.M. MEETING RECESSED FOR THE SCHEDULED WORK <br /> SESSION <br /> Mayor Wilharber convened the meeting to the scheduled Work Session at 6:56 p.m. <br /> with the Beard Group. (See Work Session Meeting Minutes.) <br /> XI. 7:35 P.M. RECONVENED COUNCIL MEETING TO CLOSED <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION — Annual Performance Evaluation of City <br /> Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> Mayor Wilharber convened the meeting to the Closed Executive Session at 7:35 p.m. <br /> XII. ROLL CALL <br /> All Council Members were present along with Attorney Glaser, Engineer Statz and <br /> Administrator Larson. <br /> XIII. PERFORMACE EVALUATION <br /> The Council shared their individual evaluations of Dallas Larson.
