THE MEETING WAS REOPENED TO THE PUBLIC. <br /> Council Member Love summarized the findings of the Council regarding the annual <br /> performance of Dallas Larson during the closed session: <br /> Larson has met performance goals: <br /> a) Positive audit report, no negative audit opinions <br /> b) Expenditures within budget <br /> C) Higher fund balances <br /> d) Savings w/ legal & engineering <br /> e) High amount of respect from his peers <br /> Motion made by Council Member Love, second by Council Member Fehrenbacher <br /> to Grant Two Weeks Additional PTO for 2013 and Increase Compensation by 5% <br /> All in favor. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> Motion made by Council Member Fehrenbacher, second by Council Member Paar <br /> to Adjourn the Regularly Schedule Meeting at 8:25 a.m. All in favor.
