Administrator
Larson felt that a Code Amendment would be forwarded to Council for their
consideration sometime in May.

Administrator Larson reported that he request from Council
Members/Committee/Commission members a more concise listing of goals which he has
provided to Council this evening. Administration Larson stated that taxes and spending
are of high priority along with park maintenance, streets, quality of life, community
heritage, citizen feedback and safety. Administrator Larson reported that on the reverse
side of the goals he had added surrounding communities tax rates for comparison and
measurement. Council Member Paar stated that it is very difficult to compare what
services are being offered by what communities and that it may be too difficult to equate
these rankings to Centerville’s or to each other.

Consensus of the Council was that the abbreviated goals were simple and concise. They

will be added to a work session agenda for further consideration.

X.
