Below, I have listed some main points that will illustrate to you and <br />to your management team the value of teaming up with MMUA and the League of Minnesota <br />Cities. Both MMUA and the LMCIT are nonprofit state associations working together to offer <br />a very high quality safety program for an affordable cost. We feel that there is DO better way for <br />you to ensure that your city provides a safe and healthy work environment while <br />simultaneously meeting state and federal OSHA compliance standards. <br /> <br />. You get 100% commitment on safety from all 18 MMU A safety stat! <br /> <br />. Implement MMUA standard manual system - currently being implemented statewide. <br /> <br />. MMUA will plan, organize, and conduct your monthly safety meetings on-site. (MMUA <br />bears primary responsibility to present your monthly safety meetings). <br /> <br />. Develop and maintain a standard compliance management record keeping and reporting <br />system on-site. The record systelt1 win include required OSHA records, required DOT <br />records, and required ADA records, with options for others at your request. The regional <br />safety coordinator will also make sure your safety manuals and safety policies remain <br />current and up-to-date. <br /> <br />. Your regional safety coordinator will document all safety meetings and training provided. <br /> <br />. Take advantage ofMMUA partnerships with League of Minnesota Cities and MNOSHA. <br /> <br />. Joining a safety compliance team will enhance your existing program by taking safety to a <br />higher level. <br />
