<br />. MMUA's target is to keep you as close to compliance as possible by increasing employee <br />awareness and increasing their commitment to safety. Remember that safety is an onsoing <br />task and a constant challenge. <br /> <br />. All ofMMUA's Safety Team members have specialized training available for your city <br />needs. <br /> <br />. If there is an accident or fatality at your location, your MMUA Regional Safety Coordinator <br />will be on sight within one hour or two. The Director of lob Training & Safety will arrive <br />soon after to work as a team with your coordinator to complete the accident report and help <br />you to get through the hard times. He will make sure the proper mental health professionals <br />are on sight to help your employees deal with the situation or the loss. This always needs to <br />be a team effort. <br /> <br />. We have a very good working relationship with MNOSHA We talk with them several <br />times per week. They also call on us for assistance. We look at OSHA as part of our safety <br />team. Mike Willetts is on the MN OSHA Utility Task Force, Federal OSHA Advisory <br />Board in Washington, DC, Chairman of the American Public Power Association Safety <br />Committee, Washington, DC. <br /> <br />. Contracts are One year. (unless contract is changed to fit your needs) <br /> <br />Em{)lovee TraininC <br />We can offer training other than the normal mandated safety compliance training such as Awair <br />and Right-to-Know. Additional training opportunities that is available to you as part of your <br />compliance program.
