Downtown Redevelopment <br />City Administrator Larson reminded the Commission of the meeting on January 4, 2006 <br />to discuss the status of the plan with the Park and Planning Commissions. <br />City Administrator Larson updated the Commission on the ponds as part of the MOU <br />with the County. He then indicated that Staff will be meeting with Mr. Rehbein on <br />January 24, 2006 along with the County to further discuss it. <br />VII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> 1. December 6, 2005 Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Commissioner Klennert Hunt, seconded by Commissioner Wright to <br />approve the Minutes of December 6, 2005, as presented. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Hanzal, seconded by Commissioner Wood to Adjourn the <br />January 3, 2006 Planning Commission Meeting at 7:50 p.m. All in favor.
