PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br /> Wednesday, July 10 2013 — 6:30 p.m. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Parks & Recreation Committee of the City of <br /> Centerville held a scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 10, 2012 at Hidden Spring Park. <br /> Present: Chairperson Patrick Branch <br /> Vice - Chairperson Jon Grahek <br /> Committee Member Kevin Amundsen p Q, <br /> Committee Member Chris Bettinger O ` <br /> Committee Member Mark Haiden -� <br /> Committee Member Brian Peterson O <br /> Committee Member Suzanne Seeley <br /> Committee Member Kevin Waeghe <br /> Also Present: Public Works Director Paul Palzer <br /> Linda Neudecker, Recording Secretary <br /> Absent: Council Member Steve King <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairperson Branch called the July 10, 2013 Meeting of the Parks & Recreation Committee to <br /> order at 6:35 p.m. <br /> Roll Call — see above <br /> II. SET AGENDA <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Haiden, seconded by Committee Member <br /> Waeghe, to set the agenda as presented with one addition to V. Committee Business: add #8 <br /> "Eagle Pass Town Home Association/Eagle Park" and three additions to VI. Updates: add <br /> #2. Citizen Article, #3 update on Festival of Lakes (volunteer plan and t- shirts) and #4 <br /> Damage to Laurie LaMotte Park. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> III. APPEARANCES <br /> Eagle Pass Town Home Association Representatives: Dave Fleming, Jim Halstrom, Don <br /> Trudeau & Ron Parrucci. <br /> A Porta -Potty was placed in Eagle Park, a few feet from the street, and the Association would like <br /> it moved about 80 feet up the trail, where it had previously been placed, for accessibility to the <br /> park and tennis courts. The cul -de -sac is owned by the Association, but will give the City written <br /> permission to use the road to service the porta - potty. They will also assume the responsibility to <br /> repair any damage to the road. <br />
