City or Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />July 24, 2013 <br />The Mayor provided Council Members with an opportunity to amend the presented <br />minutes. <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to <br />approve the minutes of the July 10, 2013 City Council Meeting Minutes as <br />presented. AU in favor. Motion passed unanimously. <br />V. CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. City of Centerville June 27, 2013 through July 10, 2013 Claims (Check #28087- <br />28119) & (Check #28120-28132) <br />2. Centennial Police Department Claims through July 9, 2013 (Check #9512-9537) <br />3. Centennial Fire District Claims through July 9, 2013 (Check #5880-5896) <br />4. Centerville Elementary PTA Charitable Gambling/Raffle Permit, November 1, <br />2013 <br />5. Parks & Recreation Committee Recommendation for Approval of Park Facility <br />Usage Application — Boot Camp Fitness Class Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park <br />July 24, 2013 -September 30, 2013 (5:30 — 6:30 a.m.) — City Code, Chapter 92, <br />Section 92.07 Hours Non -Use Between the Hours of 10:00 p.m. — 7:00 a.m. <br />Council Member King requested that Item #5 be pulled from the Consent Agenda for <br />additional discussion. <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to <br />approve the Consent Agenda Items I-4 as resented. All in favor. Motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Relating to Item 5, Council Member King questioned whether the proposed use would <br />prohibit any other individuals from utilizing the park during the requested hour <br />allotments. Consensus of the Council was no. <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member King to approve <br />Consent Agenda Item #5 as presented, All in favor. Motion passed unanimously. <br />VI. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br />1. None. <br />VII, OLD BUSINESS <br />Mr. Ron Hogan, 1784 Meadow Lane - 6892 Centerville Road Water/Sewer <br />Connection—Special Assessment? <br />Administrator Larson stated that when the City requested bids for the Center Street and <br />Mound Trail projects to include water connections for those off project that may desire <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
