CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION #13 -0 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON STREET <br /> IMPROVEMEENTS <br /> WHEREAS, it has been proposed to improve North Robin Lane from 20 Avenue to <br /> West Robin Lane, and West Robin Lane from North Robin Lane to South Robin Lane, <br /> and South Robin Lane from 20 Avenue to West Robin Lane and Cardinal Drive from <br /> West Robin Lane to 20 Avenue by construction of watermain, street paving, concrete <br /> curb and related drainage improvements and to assess the benefiting property for all or a <br /> portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvement be referred to Mark <br /> Statz of Stantec, who shall report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the <br /> Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost <br /> effective and feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in <br /> conjunction with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br /> recommended. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Centerville this 28 day of <br /> August, 2013. <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br /> '�-Z3 <br />
