PID No.: 23- 31 -22 -34 -0002 <br /> Ronald Hogan & Katie Sievers <br /> Easement Payment: $2,200.00 <br /> GRANT OF PERMANENT EASEMENT <br /> THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT ( "Agreement ") made this day of <br /> , 2012, by and between the Ronald Hogan, a single person and Katie Sievers a <br /> single person, together referred to as "Grantor ".and the CITY OF CENTERVILLE, a <br /> municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, as Grantee, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "City ". <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> PERMANENT DRAINAGE AND <br /> PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> The Grantors, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and <br /> valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the City, the receipt and sufficiency of which is <br /> hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CENTERVILLE, its <br /> successors and assigns, forever, a perpetual easement for a drainage system and public utility <br /> purposes over, across, on, under, and through land situated within the County of Anoka, State of <br /> Minnesota, legally described on the attached Exhibit A ( "Permanent Easement Premises "). <br /> INCLUDING the rights of the City, its contractors, agents, servants, and assigns, to enter <br /> upon the Permanent Easement Premises at all reasonable times to construct, install, reconstruct, <br /> inspect, repair, and maintain the drainage system and public utilities over, across, on, under, and <br /> through the Permanent Easement Premises, together with the right to grade, level, fill, drain and <br /> excavate the Permanent Easement Premises, and the further right to remove trees, bushes, <br /> undergrowth, and other obstructions interfering with the construction, installation, maintenance, <br /> inspection and repair of the drainage system and public utilities. <br /> lzi <br />
