memo <br /> TO: Honorable Mayor and Council Members <br /> FROM: Staff <br /> SUBJECT: Centerville Lions Request for Use of Warming House and Grounds at <br /> Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park — Annual Haunted House & Hayrides <br /> DATE: September 19, 2013 <br /> The Centerville Lions Club has submitted the appropriate documents for securing a <br /> Special Event Permit for their annual fundraising event. Their proposed dates are <br /> October 25 & 26, 2013 from 7:00 p.m. — 10:00 p.m. both evenings. They are requesting <br /> additional usage of the warming house facility for set up and dismantling from October <br /> 19 — 27, 2013. <br /> The appropriate forms have also been submitted to additional entities (Centennial Fire, <br /> Centennial Police, Public Works and the Parks & Recreation Committee for their <br /> consideration). <br /> Staff would request that you approve their request subject to restrictions that may be <br /> placed on them through these additional entities and waive the associated fees for <br /> permits. <br /> P9 <br />
