Their <br /> proposed date is October 19, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. — 9:00 p.m. They are requesting <br /> additional usage of the hockey rink for set up and dismantling from October 18 — 20, <br /> 2013. <br /> The appropriate forms have also been submitted to additional entities (Centennial Fire, <br /> Centennial Police, Public Works and the Parks & Recreation Committee for their <br /> consideration). <br /> Staff would request that you approve their request subject to restrictions that may be <br /> placed on them through these additional entities and waive the associated fees for <br /> permits. <br /> P10 <br />
