City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> September 25, 2013 <br /> Council Member King stated that the North Metro Telecommunications Commission <br /> remains in discussions with the cable company/FCC regarding equipment fees. <br /> Council Member Fehrenbacher commented on the volleyball game that was played <br /> between the Council, Planning & Zoning Commission and the Parks and Recreation <br /> Committee on Sunday, September 22, 2013. Several members from both boards <br /> participated. <br /> Attorney Glaser reported on the Camp- Barron nuisance matter. He reported that recently <br /> the police issued a citation to the residents for illegal burning. Mayor Wilharber reported <br /> that items that were being stored across the street are being removed. Council supported <br /> the criminal prosecution of the nuisance matter in hopes that the site will be cleaned up. <br /> Mayor Wilharber stated that Anoka County forwarded a postcard to residents alerting <br /> them about an opportunity for recycling hazard waste materials and list of items that will <br /> be accepted. The event will take place at St. Genevieve's Community Center Parking lot <br /> on October 12, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. <br /> X. ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Love, to <br /> adiourn the regularly scheduled Council Meeting of September 25. 2013 at 8.55 <br /> p.m. All in favor.
