City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />September 25, 2013 <br /> <br /> <br />1.August 11, 2013 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />The Mayor provided Council Members with an opportunity to amend the presented <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to <br />approve the minutes of the August 11, 2013 City Council Meeting Minutes as <br />presented. All in favor. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />V. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1. City of Centerville September 12, 2013 through September 25, 2013 Claims <br />(Check #28224-28240) & (Check #28241-28251) <br />2. Centennial Police Department Claims through September 12, 2013 (Check #9592- <br />9613) <br />3. Encroachment Agreement, 7070 Eagle Trail – Shed <br />4. Encroachment Agreement, 1915 Eagle Trail – Fence <br />5. Res. #13-019 – Authorizing Entering into an Encroachment Agreement with <br />Property Owner(s) of 7112 Brian Drive (PIN #R23-31-22-11-0060) Allowing <br />Construction of a Fence in the City’s Right-of-Way/Drainage Utility Easement <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member King to <br />approve the Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> <br />VI. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Mr. Greg Kieselhorst and Mr. Terry Sweeney, Centerville Lions <br /> <br />Mr. Sweeney introduced himself and stated that the Club has submitted applications for <br />their annual fundraising Haunted House event and an Oktoberfest event. Mr. Sweeney <br />explained that both events will take place in October (October 25 & 26 and October 19, <br />2013 respectively). Mr. Sweeney stated that the Oktoberfest event would involve the sale <br />of liquor and require an On-Sale Temporary Liquor License. Mr. Sweeney requested that <br />Council waive all associated fees as in the past. <br /> <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />1. None. <br /> <br />VIII. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1.
