City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />September 25, 2013 <br />Council Member King stated that the North Metro Telecommunications Commission <br />remains in discussions with the cable company/FCC regarding equipment fees. <br /> <br />Council Member Fehrenbacher commented on the volleyball game that was played <br />between the Council, Planning & Zoning Commission and the Parks and Recreation <br />Committee on Sunday, September 22, 2013. Several members from both boards <br />participated. <br /> <br />Attorney Glaser reported on the Camp-Barron nuisance matter. He reported that recently <br />the police issued a citation to the residents for illegal burning. Mayor Wilharber reported <br />that items that were being stored across the street are being removed. Council supported <br />the criminal prosecution of the nuisance matter in hopes that the site will be cleaned up. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber stated that Anoka County forwarded a postcard to residents alerting <br />them about an opportunity for recycling hazard waste materials and list of items that will <br />be accepted. The event will take place at St. Genevieve’s Community Center Parking lot <br />on October 12, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. <br /> <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Love, to <br />adjourn the regularly scheduled Council Meeting of September 25, 2013 at 8:55 <br />p.m. All in favor.
