Retention of legal counsel and scientific experts. <br /> B. Tactical decisions in the lawsuit. <br /> C. Releasing public positions regarding the lawsuit. <br /> D. Appointing a spokesperson for the coalition. <br /> E. _ _ Othe r efforts on behalf of the coalition. <br /> 6. Insurance. <br /> After consultation with the League of Cities in <br /> Trust. Aa determination shall <br /> be made regarding whether liability insurance for the coalition shall be purchased and <br /> if so, the limits of liability. <br />
