City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />December 11, 2013 <br />Rise Certificateā or to move the pile 200-250 feet out of the Floodway. Administrator <br />Larson stated that the issue may need to go before the Planning & Zoning Commission <br />again to modify conditions of the permit. <br /> <br />Council Member Love reported that the City would be received a dividend check from <br />the League of Minnesota Cities for the period of 2013 and that the Police and Fire <br />Department also would be receiving theirs shortly. <br /> <br />Council Member King stated that recently he had attended a Water District Management <br />meeting along with the Met Council. Council Member King had concerns as to home <br />values is the local area is deemed a water conservation district. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber reported that Mediation Services and the Alexandra House would be <br />forwarding their invoices for services soon, roadways are slick due to the weather with <br />the salt brine solution being washed away from recent rain, that the Parks and Recreation <br />Committee recently had a showing of The Muppets Christmas Carol at Centerville <br />Elementary and 20 to 30 individuals attended and that the Eagle Pass Townhome <br />Associated expressed their gratitude to the Public Works Staff for their assistance in a <br />recent curb stop locate/raising project. <br /> <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar to <br />adjourn the regularly scheduled Council meeting of December 11, 2013 at 9:10 p.m. <br />All in favor.
