Floyd Laska made a motion to approve R.L.S. #� <br /> authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign on behalf of the City, <br /> Fran Burque seconded it, motion carried. <br /> Attorney Hawkins advised council Mr. & Mrs. Harold Leibel's <br /> attorney has written him that it is the Leibels" opinion <br /> that the City of Centerville has made a wrongful taking of <br /> their real estate by the lift station being placed on their <br /> property without condemnation and also that there have been <br /> other encroachments on their property without the proper pro- <br /> ceedings. Attorney Hawkins advised council of his answer <br /> after consulting with City Engineer. <br /> Elmer Murray made a motion to appoint Mrs. Val Carpenter to <br /> the Community Education Advisory Council, Floyd Laska seconded <br /> it, motion carried. <br /> Fran Burque made a motion to adjourn meeting, Leon seconded it, <br /> motion carried.
